E-HS-1250 Metal Baler This equipment compresses various metal scraps (trimmings, metal shavings, scrap steel,scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel, end-of-life vehicles, etc.) into cubes, octagons, cylinders, and other shapes that meet furnace feed requirements. This reduces transportation and smelting costs while accelerating furnace charging speed. This series of balers is primarily suited for steel mills, the recycling industry, and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting operations.

1. All models feature hydraulic drive with optional manual operation or PLC fully automatic control.
2. Bag discharge methods include tilting discharge, side-push discharge, front-push discharge, and manual bag removal.
3. Multiple machine configurations available: varying pressures, hopper sizes, and block dimensions/shapes.
4. Diesel engines can be fitted for power supply in areas without electricity.

A: 1. Insufficient hydraulic oil: Check the oil tank level and replenish to the specified mark. 2. Incorrect motor or pump rotation direction: Verify the motor rotation direction matches the pump's marked direction. 3. Relief valve malfunction: Valve spool stuck, spring broken, or improper pressure setting. Clean the relief valve, replace the spring, and reset the pressure. 4. Hydraulic pump damage: Severe internal wear reduces volumetric efficiency. Repair or replace the pump. 5. Clogged suction filter: Causes insufficient oil intake, resulting in noise and unstable pressure. Clean or replace the filter.

A: 1. Cooler malfunction: Check for unobstructed cooling water flow (or fan operation for air-cooled units), and clean accumulated deposits from the cooler surface. 2. Improper hydraulic oil viscosity or degradation: Replace with specified grade and fresh hydraulic oil. 3. System pressure set too high or prolonged overflow valve operation: Reset system pressure to avoid unnecessary high-pressure conditions. 4. Oil level in reservoir too low or too high: Adjust to normal level.
